How do I know what size will fit?

You can also access the size chart when viewing any product.

If you are unable to select your size for a particular product, it means that this size is not in stock.

From which countries can I order Vingino products?

It is currently possible to have your order delivered in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Austria and Italy. If you don't live in one of these countries and you still want to order Vingino merchandise then please check out our Store Locator for all our points of sale.

I made an order, but I haven't received an order receipt by email. What should I do?

Check your spam box to see if your order confirmation is there. This often happens with Gmail and Hotmail accounts.

If it's not there, allow 15 minutes for it to arrive.

If you don't receive a confirmation email or you would like to check that your order has been placed correctly, contact us via the contact form or at [email protected].

Can I change or cancel my order?

No. Unfortunately the order cannot be changed after payment. Please check the products in your cart before finalising your order.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Go to 'My account' Click 'Forgot your password'. You will then receive an email with a password reset link.
