This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and damages resulting from natural wear and tear under normal use, as specified below. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, alterations or improper care.

To be eligible for warranty service, you must provide proof of purchase from Vingino’s (web)store or an authorized retailer. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

If a defect arises during the warranty period, Vingino will, at their discretion, either repair the product at no charge, replace it with a new (similar) item, or issue a refund or store credit. Repairs will be performed by a certified tailor. Vingino will reimburse the certified tailor for the repair costs. All repairs are carried out at your own risk. The agreement for the repair is solely between you and the certified tailor. In this agreement, Vingino is not a party and Vingino is not responsible or liable for the repairs carried out, any damage to or loss of the jeans, or any personal injury resulting from the repair of the jeans. The warranty service does not extend the original warranty period.

The warranty covers:

• Repair of a broken zipper/replacement with a new zipper;

• Repair of the seam on the inside of the leg and the crotch;

• Repair of a worn hem of the pant leg;

• Reattachment of a button/attachment of a new button.

The warranty does not cover:

• Fading, shrinking, or stretching of denim fabric.

• Damages caused by improper washing, drying, or ironing.

• Rips, tears, or other damages resulting from normal wear and tear.

To initiate a warranty claim, contact Vingino’s customer service department via [email protected] with your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect. Vingino may request photos or the return of the defective item for inspection. Shipping costs for returning the item to us are the responsibility of the customer.

Vingino’s liability is limited to the repair, replacement, refund or store credit for the defective product, as described above. Vingino is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of their products.

The terms of this 5-year warranty are governed by governed by Dutch law. All disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
